All of our group classes and personal training sessions are either online or in-person. Our in-person services in Gozo can be taken outside, at a local gym or in your own home.
Anyone attending our in-person services is asked to follow the current local Government Coronavirus guidelines, including not attending if you are feeling unwell. If you have to quarantine then you are always welcome to take your sessions online instead until you can meet in-person again. Some of our clients have stayed online during the entire pandemic and have seen great results.
Masks are always worn to and from sessions and can be removed for during exercise. We ask everyone to keep 3 metres apart. Sanitiser is to be used on arrival, departure and is available during the sessions. All equipment used is sanitised before and after use. Equipment is not shared between people during sessions and you do not have to use any equipment if you prefer. You are also welcome to use your own equipment. In case of any sessions taken inside, the area is well-ventilated and the number of persons do not exceed the current guidelines. Appointments must always be booked ahead, so we can prepare for your arrival.
Exercise is extremely beneficial to your health and we continue to offer our services as best as we can during this time, whether you choose to join us online or face-to-face.
