All of our group classes and personal training sessions are either online or in-person. Our in-person services in Gozo can be taken outside, at our studio in Qala (for 1:1 sessions), at a local gym or in your own home.

Anyone attending our in-person services is asked to follow the current local Government Coronavirus guidelines, including not attending if you are feeling unwell.

Masks are always worn to and from sessions and during the sessions except during intense exercise. We ask everyone to keep 3 metres apart. Sanitiser is to be used on arrival, departure and is available during the sessions. All equipment used is sanitised before and after use. Equipment is not shared between people during sessions and you do not have to use any equipment if you prefer. In case of any sessions taken inside, the area is well-ventilated and the number of persons do not exceed the current guidelines. Appointments must always be booked ahead, so we can prepare for your arrival.

Exercise is extremely beneficial to your health and we continue to offer our services as best as we can during this time, whether you choose to join us online or face-to-face.
