The exercises are gentle but effective and totally tailored for pregnant women. Every woman is different so you are treated individually and do what you can. The classes are also a great way for you to connect with other pregnant women and have a chat about everything you are going through.
You will leave the sessions feeling enlightened, invigorated and toned, with plenty of extra information to follow from home and after the birth. Suitable for those in the second trimester onwards, providing your medical professional says you are able to exercise during pregnancy.
