Held online or in-person, this one-hour private What About Mama consultation is amazing for pregnant women and mums, no matter how long ago you gave birth. They are run by Laura Holland, a mum and advanced pregnancy and postnatal fitness specialist.
You will leave with your own exercises to follow from home and you are also welcome to join Laura’s personal training or group classes.

This can then be followed up with one of our specialist personal training packages or you can join Laura’s group classes.Book
After completing our questionnaire, we will discuss any issues, go over exercises, and devise an action plan for you to follow from home. Laura will check your tummy muscles, posture and teach you the best techniques and exercises bespoke to you.
