Laura’s fitness sessions have helped hundreds of people over the years discover that exercise can be fun and enjoyable.

Your personal trainer Laura Holland has more than twelve years of experience in fitness and is a great believer in exercise for the mind as well as your body.

You can join Laura for personal training online, or in-person in Gozo, Malta. Join 1:1 or with your partner or friends. Or sign-up to her group fitness classes in Gozo.

Get amazing results and work with a personal trainer privately, either online or here in Gozo, Malta.

Personal training is perfect for those who want more individual attention, motivation and accountability. Laura can come to your home for personal training, or you can join outside or at the gym.

Packages come in 10-sessions and include nutrition and wellbeing advice, so Laura also takes into consideration other lifestyle issues such as your sleep, stress-levels and diet. Pregnancy and postnatal training specialist training is also available.

Soulfit Circuits Group Class

  • A fun and welcoming class focusing on fat-burning, full-body toning and stretches to sculpt your entire body
  • A mixture of cardiovascular exercises and bodyweight or weights for best results
  • All levels catered for – smaller group class for more attention
  • Low or high-impact options throughout so you can get a workout with or without jumping
  • Core section, including deep core Pilates-style moves to really tone and strengthen

This can be paid in two instalments of €150/£150
Personal training package prices are discounted if you are joined by one or two others. Prices depend on location and will vary slightly if we come to you. First package: For two: €200 per person. For three: €170.
