Your personal trainer Laura Holland has more than ten years’ experience in fitness and is a great believer in exercise for the mind as well as your body.
You can join Laura for personal training online, or in-person in Gozo, Malta. Join 1:1 or with your partner or friends. Or sign-up to our group fitness classes in Gozo or our online membership, which you can do from home.

Personal training is perfect for those who want more individual attention or accountability. Laura can come to your home for personal training, or you can join her in her private studio in Qala, which is equipped with a cross-trainer, a Power Plate machine, suspension trainer, BOSU ball and weights.
Packages come in 10-sessions and include nutrition and wellbeing advice, so we also take into consideration other lifestyle issues such as your sleep, stress-levels and diet. Pregnancy and postnatal training is also available.Check availability
I would highly recommend this class as it provides a quality whole body workout and targets all main “problem zones”. This class ticks all of my boxes. Also, Laura’s motivational skills are a big bonus. I always feel great after the class and I always look forward to the next one. Well worth your time and money!
