Do you want to exercise safely or get back to fitness the right way after baby?
Or do you have postnatal issues like diastasis recti (tummy gap), hernia, prolapse, or a leaky pelvic floor months or even years after giving birth?

Laura’s postnatal specialist sessions have helped many women like you to feel fitter and more confident.

Your coach Laura Holland is a personal trainer with advanced qualifications in pre and postnatal fitness and she gets just how it feels to be a tired but in-need-of-exercise mum. Join her private sessions for help, or her next group course.

Laura's sessions are for you if:

  • You would like to exercise safely after baby or feel more like you again
  • You are suffering from leakage of urine and would like to strengthen your pelvic floor
  • You have diastasis recti (abdominal separation), prolapse, hernia, pain or other conditions after pregnancy
  • You need help with a bulging tummy or you feel like you ‘still look pregnant’

When can I start?

At least six-weeks after a vaginal birth and between 8 to 12 weeks after a C-section. It is important that you have been given the all-clear to exercise by your doctor too, usually at your postnatal check-up. Don’t worry if you had your child a while ago, a mother is always postnatal and it’s never too late to get help.


Your body is still healing for at least a year after childbirth so it’s really great to start with a gentle postnatal exercise program to help re-strengthen and rehabilitate your body before you progress.
